Our business was founded in 1975 as manufacturers of mechanical parts and maintenance of machines in the food packaging sector.
In 1979 he began to take an interest in the paper sector, offering maintenance and construction services for equipment for packaging reams. In the Eighties, Guaraldi lends his services to Wrapmatic, a world leader as a manufacturer of automatic machines for wrapping reams.
From this long and important experience was born the interest to create machines of our own design and so it was. After more than 40 years, we are present in Italy and in various countries around the world, our customers range from small paper converters to large paper mills.
